Ask Something
We recommend starting with a morning movement session or a group wellbeing walk if you are new to outdoor wellness. These shorter sessions provide a good introduction to our approach. Contact us and our team can help you choose the most suitable starting point based on your goals.
Most group activities are designed for adults aged 16 and over. Some family-friendly programs are available on request. Please contact us if you have questions about suitability for younger participants.
We ask for at least 48 hours notice for cancellations, which allows us to offer the place to other participants on a waiting list. Please see our Return Policy for full details of our cancellation and refund process.
To maintain appropriate group sizes and ensure the quality of each session, all participants need to be pre-registered. We encourage friends and family to book together — contact us and we will do our best to accommodate joint bookings.
