Comfortable, layered clothing appropriate for the season is recommended. We suggest breathable fabrics, sturdy walking shoes, and a light waterproof layer for variable New Zealand weather. A pre-session information guide is sent to all registered participants.
Yes. All of our programs are designed to accommodate a range of experience levels. Our facilitators adjust the pace and intensity based on the group's needs, and no prior wellness experience is required to join.
We keep group sizes intentionally small — typically 6 to 12 participants — to ensure personalised attention and a meaningful experience for everyone. Private bookings are also available for individuals or corporate groups.
We operate in most weather conditions as light rain or cool temperatures are part of the outdoor experience. In the case of severe weather, we will notify participants in advance and offer a rescheduled date at no extra cost.
